Items with Damages or Defects
Please be assured that we will personally check all your orders for any defects or damages before posting them out. However, in the rare instance that your item is damaged or has defects, please let us know by reaching us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a picture of the damages, within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If we have determined that it is indeed damaged or faulty, we will either refund in full or exchange the same product for another new one, subject to stock availability.
If you have simply changed your mind, we will accept returns for items that are in their brand new condition - unused, unopened and free of damages by the customer. Do get in touch with us within 7 working days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after 7 working days of receipt.
Items that you return will first be assessed to be in the same new condition as they were received, in its original box and/or original protective wrapping. If they are deemed to be in their purchased condition, we will notify you via email and you will receive store credits for your next purchase. The amount of store credits will be based on the amount you paid for the product, original shipping cost will not be included. You are also responsible for the return shipping charges and to ensure we receive the item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale/discounted items will not be eligible for returns.
Please do not attempt to return the item before speaking to one of our friendly customer service representative. Contact us and we will work to remedy your situation as best we can.
